Warsaw Food Expo is a comprehensive review of the wide range of food products for retail chains, distributors and wholesalers as well as the HoReCa sector. The exhibition space will include new thematic zones reflecting consumer preferences: WELLFOOD (dietary supplements, functional foods, free food), VEGE (food for vegans and vegetarians), CONVENIENCE (ready-to-eat, ready-to-heat products, ready-to-cook), PREMIUM FOOD (food with quality labels such as protected designation of origin, protected geographical indication, traditional specialty guaranteed), ORGANIC (organic food). The presentation of food products is supplemented with the offer of food packaging, refrigeration solutions and machines used in the food industry.

Tickets will be available in online pre-sale and at the reception desks during the fair. All persons who register online or at the fair office will receive a free pass only for industry days.

The invitation is for information only and does not authorize you to enter the fair. You must register or purchase a ticket.

Admission for children is not recommended. However, if you want your child to accompany you during the fair, buy a ticket for the day. Admission to the fair for children under 12 is free.

The fair can be reached by car or free shuttle buses to Ptak Warsaw Expo from the center of Warsaw and Chopin Airport.

For the convenience of our guests, parking is free.

Yes, there will be food outlets at the fair.

Yes. There are cloakrooms in the halls and you will be able to leave a small suitcase in them.

BY PLANE

To Ptak Warsaw Expo from the International Warsaw Chopin Airport in less than 10 minutes! Our Center is also conveniently located when travelling from the airports in Modlin and Lodz.

BY TRAIN

Warsaw has three railway stations for long-distance trains: Central Railway Station (Central Warsaw), Eastern Railway Station (Eastern Warsaw) and Western Railway Station (Western Warsaw). Ptak Warsaw Expo can be reached by car from the western station in just 13 minutes (according to Google).

BY CITY BUS

Buses 703, 711 from Krakowska P+R depot to the “Paszków” stop or bus 733 to the “Centrum Mody” stop. Please note that “Paszków” and “Centrum Mody” stops are located in the second ticket zone. Tickets can be purchased in most kiosks, ticket machines and buses.

BY CAR

Ptak Warsaw Expo is located directly at the S8 route in the direction of Katowice, Paszków exit. It will take about 10 minutes to get here from the Warsaw Okęcie airport. From downtown Warsaw – 15 minutes. Parking is not a problem, our center has 15,000 parking spaces!
