The Warsaw Food Expo International Food Fair took place on May 16-18, 2023 at Ptak Warsaw Expo. Modern solutions, talks about development and networking – these were the most important elements of the event.

Warsaw Food Expo has gained the position of one of the two most important industry events dedicated to the food sector thanks to market analysis, openness to new solutions and listening to the needs of exhibitors and visitors. It is a coherent platform for dialogue between food producers and distributors, focuses on substantive lectures and tips provided by experts and at the same time allows you to present the full potential of the industry thanks to the best business opportunities in Poland, Ptak Warsaw Expo.

It is not surprising then that this event brought together the most important partners-exhibitors in Poland and Europe, who willingly presented their offers to an international group of visitors. This group includes, among others, Dietly, Hydropolis, GoodValley, Kuvinos, Puff Up, DiWine, Pizza Europa, Plantway, Aji-No-Riki, GreenYard and EcoCorn.

Warsaw Food Expo. Space for networking and discussion

Warsaw Food Expo was a strictly business event, whose overriding goal was networking. Thanks to the spaces of Ptak Warsaw Expo, which both impressed with the possibilities of presenting solutions and at the same time created intimate conditions for talks, exhibitors and visitors could exchange information and establish cooperation.

For three days at Ptak Warsaw Expo, new contracts were signed, exports were expanded to less accessible markets and international business relationships were established, opening companies to new opportunities. At the same time, visitors could use the discounts unavailable in other circumstances, and talk about cooperation directly with decision-makers.

Warsaw Food Expo. Only about the industry

An indispensable element of each event organized at Ptak Warsaw Expo are industry conferences tailored to topics that have the strongest impact on a given sector. It was no different in the case of the Warsaw Food Expo conference, which dealt with the most important issues and the situation of the food sector in national and global terms.

This topic was addressed, among others, by Dr. Karolina Pawlak, prof. Poznań University of Life Sciences. Marek Bąk, Sales Director from Dawtona, focused on innovations in the food industry, and Andrzej Gantner, General Director of the Polish Food Producers Federation, gave a lecture on the impact of the Polish food industry on the country’s economy.

There were also lectures in the field of education in agriculture (Anna Radecka – Director of the Department of Education and Social Policy at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development), sustainable development of the sector (President of the Management Board of Goodvalley Agro S.A., Grzegorz Brodziak) and food safety in Poland.

A separate segment of the Warsaw Food Expo conference was the 2nd National Diet Catering Conference. The most important representatives of this gastronomic model met in one place and time, including Żabka Polska, Maczfit Polska, Dietly.pl, Amano.app and Kuchnia Vikinga. They talked about the dietary catering industry from the perspective of big retail, e-commerce and restaurants, ways to take care of finances and control costs, or the future of ready meals and nutrition.

The Warsaw Food Expo conference was very popular, and discussions between the speakers and the audience continued after the lectures. This shows how important our event was for business development.

Warsaw Food Expo numbers

The numbers also prove it. The 2023 edition of Warsaw Food Expo hosted 14429 business visitors from Poland and Europe. This group was able to get acquainted with the offers of 372 top-class exhibitors. This confirms the position of the event among the best mothers of the food sector.
