The OSSKIC booth at Warsaw Food Expo 2025 will host culinary demonstrations combined with tastings on all fair days. The demonstrations will be conducted by OSSKIC members and the Poland National Culinary Team chefs.

Barbecue Inspirations for the Summer Season
During all days of the Warsaw Food Tech fair, culinary demonstrations combined with tastings will be held at the OSSKiC booth from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
The following dishes will be served during the demonstrations:
* Grilled chicken, sauce with Azure cheese, asparagus salad, fries.
* Gordon’s rib eye , demi glace BBQ sauce, grilled zucchini, fries.
* Beef brisket, demi glace rosemary sauce, grilled cucumber poached salad.
* Grilled sausage with horseradish sauce, bread and salad.
All those who are interested are welcome to visit the OSSKiC booth to try our offerings!

“Healthy Ferment, or a demonstration of creating original preserves with Katarzyna Gubala”
Edible weeds, aromatic herbs, and fresh fruits and vegetables enclosed in waste-free preserves. Long live Healthy Ferment! On May 21, from 10:30 am, we will create pickles perfect for a summer barbecue!
Under the guidance of culinary expert from “Questions for Breakfast” and diet coach Katarzyna Gubala, we will learn how to make unusual pickles. We’ll learn the best methods for sealing food in jars, which preserves will add to our health and when it’s worth reaching for them. Our natural larder will be filled with local harvests. Together we will learn how to make fermentations and both salty and sweet. We will learn why it is worth adding herbs to preserves. All in the trend of not wasting food, using eco products and wild plants.

We will pickle together during the show:
– Pickled boiled or roasted potatoes, just in time for a barbecue salad
– Pickled carrots and pumpkin in a brine with a sprig of rosemary, lovage or basil
– Gazed fruits (pears, grapes, apples) in fermentation with lime honey and mint, lemon balm and edible flowers
– Beets and radishes with notches fermented in buttermilk with wild horseradish leaves, gout and yarrow
– Apple vinegar with beneficial bacteria and rose petals on peelings
