 On June 9th and 10th, visitors will have the opportunity to participate in dynamic live cooking demonstrations, conducted in a rhythm full of aromas, flavors, and culinary inspiration. This is a perfect opportunity to see the preparation of exceptional dishes up close and learn about a modern approach to cuisine based on natural ingredients. During the demonstrations, dishes prepared using DOBRE Z LASU products, inspired by the richness of forest flavors, will be presented. 

 The program includes:
* Venison shank in demi-glace sauce on a buttered brioche bun
* Wild boar goulash with wild garlic
* Wild boar croquettes with juniper sauce
* Venison tartare with dogwood liqueur and horseradish mustard
* Bigos with venison, forest honey, and herbs
* Flambéed venison loin steaks 

 Each demonstration will conclude with a tasting of the featured dish. This is a unique opportunity to not only see but also try the dishes on display.

Additionally, tasting boards featuring game products will be available at the stand, allowing you to better understand the range and quality of the products.
