Warsaw Food Expo was created as a result of conversations with entrepreneurs operating in the food industry who noticed a clear need to create an event dedicated to their development. Due to the key role of this sector, Ptak Warsaw Expo took a comprehensive approach to organizing the event, taking into account the needs of each of the main segments of the sector in question. It was extremely important to place a strong emphasis on networking, international contracting and education to update the knowledge of entrepreneurs. This is how Warsaw Food Expo was created, and over the course of six editions, it has established itself as an industry leader.

To illustrate the full potential of the sector, the organizers decided to create additional accompanying events. These included Bakery Expo (baking fair), Dairy Expo (dairy industry and milk products fair), Drink Expo (industry beverage fair) and Meat Expo (meat industry fair). This division, while placing emphasis on the development of each of these sectors, allows you to learn about their capabilities, present the full range of offers and make it much easier to reach the selected target group of entrepreneurs.

Warsaw Food Expo has been an event with a strong international accent since its first edition. This is due to the fact that the food industry is exceptionally broad, its influences and opportunities are intertwined, and in times of widespread globalization, it seems necessary to expand our own offer with the most advantageous foreign solutions, products and services.

The sixth edition of Warsaw Food Expo will be full of entrepreneurs from all over the world – just like the fifth one. It was attended by almost fifteen thousand visitors from as many as… 55 countries around the world. This shows how strong the trade fairs organized at Ptak Warsaw Expo are on the market and what a development alternative they are in a global context. It will be similar during the next edition. There will be contractors from all over Europe, but also North America, Asia and even Africa.

During the Warsaw Food Expo there will also be a Food Industry Congress organized in cooperation with JS Hamilton and Rzeźnik Polski. In hall C, conference room number 1, participants will be able to listen to the discussion on “Secrets of quality – challenges for producers”.

The debate will be attended by Małgorzata Stachowiak – Director of Microbiological Research from J.S. Hamilton Poland, Izabela Topolska – Managing Director for Quality from the LipCo Foods Group, Anita Bańska – Junior Manager for Quality Development and Own Brand Control, Tomasz Parzybut – President of the Management Board of the Association of Butchers and Meats of the Republic of Poland and Paweł Szczurek – Quality & Sustainability Director from FoodWell . The meeting will aim to explore key issues related to quality and food safety facing the modern food sector.
